Apple, Sultana & Walnut Plant Loaf
February’s Plant loaf stars fresh apple chunks, moist sultanas, and chunks of walnut. Topped with pumpkin, sunflower, and sesame seeds.
The plant loaf is perfect for vegans or anyone who enjoys a slice of low fat cake (maybe with a smearing of jam!) Ideal for lunch boxes.
Our cakes are only made from seasonal and local products and are free from Ultra Processed Ingredients. They are produced, to order in the Groobarbs Field Kitchen by Kate our baker.
Storage: Please keep the cake in an airtight cake tin. Suitable for home freezing.
Ingredients:
Cake: Self Raising Wheat Flour, Black Tea, Fresh Groobarbs Apple, Sultanas, Walnuts, Vegan Spread, Golden Syrup, Cinamon, Mixed Spice, Baking Powder, Salt.
Decoration: Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Sesame Seeds.
