What's In Season
Each week the contents of the veg box change, taking you through the seasons as nature intended.
What are the seasonal stars of each month?
All vegetables have their best times of year for flavour and freshness. Supermarkets have demanded growers and farmers to provide year round production of many fruits and veggies. The result has been a reduction of taste and a high cost to the environment, as well as many consumers not knowing what vegetables are in season when.
