
Blackberry & Apple Crumble Cake
The fruity heart of our cake is made of foraged Cheshire blackberries and Bramley Apples from a local orchard. The fruit is sandwiched between a succulent cake base and delicious buttery crumble.
Our cakes are only made from seasonal and local products and are free from Ultra Processed Ingredients. They are produced, to order in the Groobarbs Field Kitchen by Kate from the Runaway Train Bakery.
Storage: Please keep the cake in an airtight tin in a cool place or the fridge.
Ingredients:
Fruit: Foraged Cheshire Blackberries, Cheshire Bramley Apples, soft brown sugar, cornflower, lemon juice, vanilla extract.
Cake: Wheat Flour, Butter, Sugar, Free Range Cheshire Eggs, Vanilla Extract, Baking Powder and Salt.
Crumble: Wheat Flour, Soft Brown Sugar, Butter, Desiccated Coconut, Salt.
Allergens: A diverse range of allergens are used in the Field Kitchen, common allergens used include: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, mustard, peanuts tree nuts, fish, sesame and soy.
