Cherry and Beetroot Brownies x2

Our Brownies are very chocolatey & gluten free. The beetroot allows them to be lower in fat than usual brownies and gives them a very delicate texture & the tangy cherries offset their richness.
Our cakes are only made from seasonal and local products and are free from Ultra Processed Ingredients. They are produced, to order in the Groobarbs Field Kitchen by Kate from the Runaway Train Bakery.


Storage: Please keep the buns in an airtight tin in a cool place or the fridge.

Ingredients:

Brownie: Beetroot, Sugar, Rain Forrest Alliance Dark Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin)), Butter, Free Range Cheshire Eggs, Gluten Free Flour, Dried Cherries, Cocoa, Salt.

Topping: White Forrest Alliance Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, milk whey powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin))

Decoration: Sugar, Milk, Vegetable Oil, Carrot, Lemon Juice,
