Cheshire Apple Cake
Our apple cake is moist with Bramley apples and sultanas and spiced with cinnamon and cardamom. Topped with segments of Groobarbs eating apples and a spiced plum glaze.
Our cakes are made to order in the Groobarbs Field Kitchen by Kate, our baker. They are produced from seasonal and local products and are free from ultra-processed ingredients.
Storage: Please remove from packaging and store in an airtight cake tin.
Ingredients:
Cake: Cheshire Bramley Apples, Wheat Flour, Butter, Caster Sugar, Free Range Eggs, Sultanas, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Lemon Zest and Salt.
Apple Decoration: Groobarbs eating apples, plum jam glaze (plums, sugar, cinnamon and cloves).
