Chocolate Bundt Cake

A rich, chocolate bundt (ring) cake. Topped with a dark chocolate ganache and freeze dried raspberry crumbs.

Storage: Please keep the cake in an airtight cake tin in a cool spot.

Ingredients:

Cake: Wheat Flour, Light Brown Sugar, Milk, Vegetable Oil, Cocoa, Free Range Cheshire Eggs, Coffee Powder, Vanilla, Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda, Vanilla, Salt.

Icing: Double Cream, Rain Forrest Alliance Chocolate.

Decoration: Freeze Dried Raspberries.
