
Chocolate & Plum Jam Cake
This is very much a cake for the Chocolate lover with a dark sponge cake and chocolate filling. We’ve also included the sticky tang of plum jam from the Groobarbs orchard for good measure!
Our cakes are made from seasonal and local products and are free from Ultra Processed Ingredients. They are produced, to order in the Groobarbs Field Kitchen by Kate from the Runaway Train Bakery.
Storage: Please keep the cake in a cake tin in a cool spot.
Ingredients:
Cake: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Butter, Sour Cream, Free Range Cheshire Eggs, Rain Forrest Alliance Cocoa, Vanilla Extract, Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda.
Icing: Icing Sugar, Butter, Cream Cheese, Rain Forrest Alliance Cocoa, Whole Milk.
Jam: Groobarb’s plums, Sugar, Cinnamon.
