A pretty bundt cake with the subtle lemony taste of cardamom. Topped with a coconut glaze and toasted coconut. 

Our cakes are only made from seasonal and local products and are free from ultra-processed ingredients. They are produced to order in the Groobarb's Field Kitchen by the Runaway Train Bakery.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Coconut Milk, Butter,  Free Range Cheshire Eggs, Desiccated Coconut,  Baking Powder, Vanilla, Cardamom, Salt.

Decoration: Icing Sugar, Coconut Milk, Desiccated Coconut.

Our cakes are baked in a kitchen where food using allergens such as gluten, eggs, milk, mustard, nuts and soy are prepared
