
Mini Courgette & Lemon Plant Loaf
Using the last of the summer’s courgettes this moist, plant based cake is given an extra tang with a lemon drizzle!
Our cakes are made from seasonal and local products and are free from Ultra Processed Ingredients. They are produced, to order in the Groobarbs Field Kitchen by Kate from the Runaway Train Bakery.
Storage: Please keep the cake in a cake tin in a cool spot.
Ingredients:
Cake: Grated Courgette, Wheat Flour, Sugar, Ground Almonds, Vegan Flora, Soy Milk, Baking Powder, Lemon Essence, Salt.
Icing: Icing Sugar, Lemon Juice.
