A buttery orange bundt (ring) cake speckled with tangy cranberries. Topped with orange glace icing, dried cranberries, and festive silver balls. An unusual and fresh cake for the run up to Christmas.
Storage: Please keep the cake in an airtight cake tin in a cool spot.
Ingredients:
Cake: Wheat Flour, Butter, Cranberries, Light Brown Sugar, Sugar, Free Range Cheshire Eggs, Yoghurt, Orange Juice, Baking Powder, Orange Oil, Vanilla Essence, Salt.
Icing: Icing Sugar, Orange Oil, Water.
Decoration: Unsweetened Dried Cranberries, Edible Silver Balls.
