Easter Simnel Cake
Our traditional Easter Simnel Cake is a delicious fruit cake with a layer of marzipan baked into its heart. The cake is also decorated with caramelised marzipan and 11 balls which represent the disciples (traditionally and understandably Judas is missed out). A delicious centre piece for your Easter celebrations!
Our cakes are only made from seasonal and local products and are free from Ultra Processed Ingredients. They are produced, to order in the Groobarbs Field Kitchen by Kate the Runaway Train baker.
