Festive Bara Brith
A festive update for our ever-popular Bara Brith, it’s our usual recipe but with added glace cherries and cranberries and an almond topping. A teatime favourite for advent!
Storage: Please keep the loaf in an airtight cake tin in a cool spot.
Ingredients:
Cake: Black tea, Self Raising Wheat Flour, Dried Unsweetened Cranberries, Mixed Dried Fruit (Sultanas, Raisins, Currants), Glace Cherries, Sugar, Free Range Cheshire Eggs, Mixed Spice, Salt.
Decoration: Almond Slices.
