Gingerbread Rocky Road - Pack of 2
A festive take on a traditional favourite with ginger nut, marshmallow and crystallised ginger wrapped up in dark spicy chocolate. Topped off with a fondant gingerbread man and Christmassy silver balls.
Our cakes are made to order in the Groobarbs Kitchen by the Runaway Train Bakery.
Storage: Please keep the cake in an airtight cake tin in a cool spot.
Ingredients: Ginger nuts (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, glucose, molasses, bicarbonate of soda, ground ginger), Dark Chocolate, Marshmallow, Butter, Golden Syrup, Crystallised Ginger, Ground Ginger, Salt.
Decoration: Fondant icing (Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Vegetable Oil, Water, Glycerol, Xanthan Gum, E466, Citric Acid), Decorative silver balls.
