Carrot Cake

Making the most of the seasonal summer carrots currently being harvested on the farm our carrot cake is moist and spicy. The round cake is filled with a tangy cream cheese filling

Our cakes are made to order for you by the Runaway Train Bakery in the Groobarb’s Field Kitchen

Storage: Please remove the cake from its box and keep the cake cool in an airtight cake tin.

Ingredients: Fresh grated carrot, Light Brown Sugar, Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oil. Free Range Cheshire Eggs, Bicarbonate of Soda, Essence of Orange, Mixed Spice, Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Salt.

Filling: Icing Sugar, Butter, Cream Cheese, Orange Essence, Salt.

Decoration: Sugar, Lemon Juice, Orange Essence.

Allergens: A diverse range of allergens are used in the Field Kitchen, common allergens used include: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, mustard, peanuts tree nuts, fish, sesame and soy.
