Courgettes from our fields, marinated with fresh herbs and extra virgin olive oil. Perfect antipasti to serve along side sourdough, creamy burrata or cured meats and cheese.

Ingredients: courgette (75%, cider vinegar, extra virgin dive i (7%), sugar, salt, varying proportions of parsley, mint, basil (3%), garlic, spices.
