Lemon Yoghurt Bundt Cake
A moist, springtime cake with the fresh tang of both lemons and natural yoghurt. The cake is topped with a lemon glaze icing and pistachio nuts. The lemon glaze is slowly absorbed by the cake giving extra tangy moisture.
Our cakes are made from seasonal and local products and are free from ultra-processed ingredients. They are produced to order in the Groobarb's Field Kitchen by the Runaway Train Bakery.
Ingredients:
Cake: Flour, Natural Yoghurt, Sugar, Free Range Cheshire eggs, Vegetable Oil, Lemon Juice, Lemon Oil, Baking Powder, Salt.
Decoration: Icing Sugar, Pistachio Nuts, Lemon Juice, Rose Petals.
