Our Lion’s Mane mushrooms are grown fresh and harvested by hand when they’re ready. They have a firm, meaty texture and a mild, savoury flavour that works really well pan-fried with a little butter, added to a stir-fry, or simply cooked and enjoyed on their own.
Every batch is grown with care, from growing through to harvest, so you get fresh, quality mushrooms straight from the farm.
