Here at Groobarbs we hate food waste so we’re using the banana’s that aren’t quite perfect enough for your veg. box in this delicious cake.

With a fudgy texture and malty taste, the cake is decorated with a vanilla cream cheese icing and delicious Maltesers

Our cakes made using seasonal and local products and are free from ultra processed ingredients. They are produced, to order in the Groobarbs Field Kitchen by Kate our baker.

Please keep your cake in an airtight tin in a cool place

Ingredients:

Cake: Fresh Banana, Wheat Flour, Soft Brown Sugar, White Sugar, Ovaltine (contains milk), Free Range Cheshire Eggs, Vegetable Oil, Baking Powder.

Cream Cheese Icing: Cream Cheese ( milk ), Icing Sugar, Butter, Vanilla.

Decoration: Maltesers (contains milk and soya)

Allergens: A diverse range of allergens are used in the Field Kitchen, common allergens used include: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, mustard, peanuts tree nuts, fish, sesame and soy.
