Our Pistachio, Lemon and Ricotta Cakes have the delicate taste and texture of pistachio nuts. Topped with a drizzle of white chocolate and more pistachios.
Our cakes are only made from seasonal and local products and are free from ultra-processed ingredients. They are produced to order in the Groobarb's Field Kitchen by the Runaway Train Bakery.
Ingredients: Ricotta Cheese, Wheat Flour, Butter, Sugar, Pistachio Nuts, Free Range Cheshire Eggs, Lemon Oil, Vanilla, Salt.
Decoration: White Chocolate, Pistachio Nuts.
Our cakes are baked in a kitchen where food using allergen such as gluten, eggs, milk, mustard, nuts and soy are prepared.
