Plum Crumble Cakes - Pack of 2

We've had a great plum harvest at Groobarb's this year so we've baked them into a delicious, moist plum crumble cake. This sandwiches the tangy plums between vanilla sponge and a crunchy, buttery crumble.

Our cakes are made to order for you by the Runaway Train Bakery in the Groobarb’s Field Kitchen (from where you can see the plum trees!)

Storage: Please remove the cakes from their bag and keep them in an airtight cake tin. Freezes well.

Ingredients:

Cake: Sugar, Fortified Wheat Flour, Butter, Free Range Cheshire Eggs, Baking Powder, Vanilla Essence, Salt.

Fruit: Groobarb's Plums, Corn Flour, Sugar, Lemon Juice.

Crumble: Fortified Wheat Flour, Butter, Brown Sugar, Desiccated Coconut, Salt.

Allergens: A diverse range of allergens are used in the Field Kitchen, common allergens used include: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, mustard, peanuts tree nuts, fish, sesame and soy.
