Red Amaranth Microherb
Red Amaranth is predominantly used for raw preparations. This delicate microgreen can’t be exposed to high heat and wilts in high temperatures.
Most commonly used as garnish, it is well suited for both sweet and savoury dishes. The purple and red colours add vibrancy to a range of dishes – from Salmon and pasta to sandwich platters and canapés. Why not mix them with other microgreens and/or shoots to create earthy, fresh and flavourful salads?
