Our Rhubarb and Marzipan Torte stars rhubarb picked just meters from the Field Kitchen. It’s partnered with chunks of marzipan and almonds in a buttery cake.
Our cakes are only made from seasonal and local products and are free from Ultra Processed Ingredients. They are produced, to order in the Groobarbs Field Kitchen by Kate our baker.
Storage: Please remove from its box and keep the cake in an airtight cake tin.
Ingredients: Groobarbs home grown rhubarb, Sugar, Butter, Self Raising Flour (Wheat), Free Range Cheshire Eggs, Marzipan (50% Almonds, Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Preservative E2020), Ground Almonds, Polenta, Almond Essence, Baking Powder, Salt.
Decoration: Sugar and Toasted Almonds.
