Rhubarb, Orange & Almond Crumble Cake
Our cake uses freshly harvested Groobarb's Rhubarb which is roasted and added to an almond & orange cake (gluten free). This is then topped with a buttery crumble and bakes until golden brown.
Our cakes are made from seasonal and local products and are free from ultra-processed ingredients. They are produced to order in the Groobarb's Field Kitchen by the Runaway Train Bakery.
Ingredients:
Roasted Rhubarb: Rhubarb, Sugar.
Cake: Free Range Cheshire eggs, Sugar, Butter, Ground Almonds, Polenta, Orange Oil, Gluten Free Baking Powder, Salt.
Crumble: Oats, Ground Almonds, Butter, Sugar.
