Rocket Microgreens

Primarily used as a fresh edible garnish, flavouring, or salad leaf. In salads, keep the dressing light, as anything too heavy will cause the Micro Rocket to wilt quickly. As a garnish, this microgreen can be sprinkled on sandwiches, canapés and even pizzas and pastas. Micro Rocket pairs particularly well with ingredients such as cucumber, tomatoes, cheese including mozzarella, feta and goat’s cheese, as well as avocados and olives. Try using it as flavouring by blending it into pesto’s and salsa Verde.
