Rum & Raisin Bundt

An old-fashioned flavour for a which melds deliciously into this caramelly bundt! The raisins are soaked in spiced rum before baking and also decorate the top of this delicious teatime treat.

Our Rum and Raisin Bundt contains no nasty rum essence and is very much enjoyed by people who profess not to like rum!

Our cakes are only made from seasonal and local products and avoid Ultra Processed Ingredients. They are produced, to order in the Groobarb's Field Kitchen by the Runaway Train Bakery

Ingredients:

Cake: Plain Flour, Muscovado Sugar, Butter, Raisins, Greek Yoghurt, Free Range Cheshire Eggs, Spiced Rum, Vanilla, Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda, Cinnamon, Salt.

Icing: Powdered Sugar, Muscovado Sugar, Butter, Spiced Rum, Milk.

Allergens: A diverse range of allergens are used in the Field Kitchen, common allergens used include: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, mustard, peanuts tree nuts, fish, sesame, and soy.

Storage: Please remove the bundt from its box and keep in an airtight cake tight tin
