Salted Caramel and Walnut Shortbread - Pack of 4

A modern twist on Millionaire’s Shortbread! The base is a buttery walnut shortbread topped with a home-made salted caramel. The gluten free cake is then decorated with both dark and white Fairtrade chocolate.

Our cakes are made from seasonal and local products and are free from ultra processed ingredients. They are produced to order in the Groobarbs Field Kitchen by Kate from the Runaway Train Bakery.


Storage: Please keep the cakes in a cake tin in a cool spot.


Ingredients:

Shortbread: Gluten free flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt.

Salted Cramel: Condensed Milk, Sugar, Butter, Golden Syrup, Salt.

Fairtrade Chocolate: Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Skimmed Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Whey Powder, Butter, Hazelnut Paste, Sunflower Lecithin, Vanilla.
