Ten Plant Loaf

As healthy as a cake can get! Our vegan loaf is inspired by the ‘Zoe’ principle that we should eat 30 different plants a week. Our cake is very low in fat and packed full of diverse fruit, nuts and seeds to nurture your gut biome. Most importantly though, it’s also really tasty.

Our cakes are only made from seasonal and local products and are free from Ultra Processed Ingredients. They are produced, to order in the Groobarbs Field Kitchen by Kate our baker.

Ingredients:

Cake: Self Raising Wheat Flour, Black Tea, Dried Apricots (contain sulphites), Dried Cranberries, Raisins, Sultanas, Currants, Sugar, Pecan Nuts, Walnuts, Vegan Spread, Golden Syrup, Mixed Spice, Baking Powder, Salt.

Decoration: Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Sesame Seeds.
Allergens:

A diverse range of allergens are used in the Field Kitchen, common allergens used include: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, mustard, peanuts tree nuts, fish, sesame and soy.
