Serves 3-4
Add the orange juice and sugar into a large pan and bring to the boil.
Stir in the cranberries and orange zest, simmer for 5 minutes (ensure they are tender but still holding their shape). Add a splash of port if you fancy!
Allow to cool and refrigerate until needed! Enjoy!
