Coleslaw with a crisp edge
With Paprika and Chilli
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
Trim the kale by removing the centre stems and tear into bite sized pieces.
Combine the olive oil, chilli and paprika in a large bowl. Add in the kale leaves and toss well to ensure each piece of kale is coated.
Spread out the kale onto the baking trays in a single layer. Bake for 10-12 minutes until they become crispy. Before serving sprinkle with salt, enjoy!
