Coleslaw with a crisp edge
Not your usual roast
Heat your oven to 220°C, in the meantime chop your cabbage and lemon into quarters.
Brush the cabbage with good amounts of olive oil and place onto a baking tray.
Sprinkle over the seeds and add the lemon wedges.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning them halfway through. Squeeze the lemon before serving and enjoy!
