Braised Spinach

Simple and delicious

What you'll need…

  • 200g Spinach
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 5g Butter
  • Grated nutmeg

The method


Place the butter, spinach, lemon juice and a little bit of nutmeg in a pan, place the lid on and allow to steam.


Once wilted, you can remove any excess water by pouring it out the pan.


Serve with meat or fish and enjoy!
