Leek, Pea, and Spinach Risotto

Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add the cabbage and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain the cabbage
and set aside.
Add a splash of olive oil to a large pan and add the bacon, frying until golden. When the bacon is nearly ready add the garlic for the last couple of minutes.
In a mixing bowl add the cream, parmesan, salt and pepper. Mix together then add
to the the bacon pan along with the
cabbage.
Mix together, warm for a couple of minutes, then serve.
