Roast the broccoli at a very high temperature with butter or oil and salt and pepper (we would recommend 220c for 12 minutes)
Toss the hot broccoli with freshly sliced chillies, sesame seeds (black, white, toasted - depending on your preferences), and fresh coriander.
Please remember the coriander stalks have a wonderful texture and impact the flavour, don’t throw them away! Groobarbs chives are always a wonderful addition… to anything.
