Summer Tomato Salad

What you'll need…

  • 250g Cherry vine tomatoes
  • 1/2 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 Onion
  • Handful of fresh basil
  • Salt

The method


Finely chop your onion and slice your tomatoes in half. Finely chop the basil.


Toss all of the ingredients together in a bowl and season to your taste. Add more olive oil or balsamic vinegar if you think it needs it. Enjoy!
