Prepare your Cavolo Nero by removing any thick stems, then slice and wash. Then chop your onion, garlic and chilli.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over a medium heat and add in the onions, turn down the heat and fry until soft.
Then add in the rosemary, garlic and chilli and fry for a further minute.
Add in the chopped cavolo Nero and make sure to season to taste. Then cover with a lid, turn down the heat and allow to slowly cook for 20 minutes. Stir every 5-10 minutes.
Remove the rosemary stalks, ensure it is seasoned to your taste and enjoy!
