
Leek and Kale Veggie Lasagna

In a large pan heat the oil. Add the garlic and shallots and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, lemon juice and a splash of water.
Place Pak Choi into the pan and coat with the sauce.
Cook for 3 minutes or until tender, finish with lemon zest and enjoy it hot straight away!
