Beetroot Risotto
The most colourful risotto you will ever make!

In a large pan heat your oil and add the garlic, shallots and cook for 2 minuets.
Add the soy sauce, lemon juice and a splash of water.
Place Pak Choi into the pan and coat with your sauce.
Cook for 3 minutes or until tender, finish with lemon zest and enjoy it hot straight away!
