Garlic and Lemon Pak Choi

What you'll need…

  • 2x Heads Of Pak Choi (cut into quarters)
  • 2x Garlic Cloves
  • 1x Shallot
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Zest & Juice Of Lemon
  • 50g Vegetable Oil

The method

In a large pan heat your oil and add the garlic, shallots and cook for 2 minuets.

Add the soy sauce, lemon juice and a splash of water.

Place Pak Choi into the pan and coat with your sauce.

Cook for 3 minutes or until tender, finish with lemon zest and enjoy it hot straight away!
