Wash your potatoes & steam or boil them until tender.
To make the dressing chop your herbs & combine with the olive oil. Add salt and lemon juice to taste & mix well.
Combine the potatoes, kohlrabi, kale, spring onions and drizzle over the dressing. Enjoy!
