Spaghetti Squash with Curry, Coconut Yoghurt & Coriander Oil

Serves 6
Wash and trim your broccoli. Then juice and zest the lemon.
Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes or until tender.
In the meantime, melt the butter in a pan with the lemon juice and zest and a pinch of salt.
Serve the broccoli with the lemony-butter sauce spooned over the top, enjoy!
