Peel and chop your Kohlrabi into matchsticks. Then half the tomatoes and green beans.
Add the garlic, chillis, plus 2 tablespoons of peanuts into a pestle and mortar and bruise.
Add in the brown sugar, fish sauce and lime sauce and mix together. Tip in the cherry tomatoes and bruise again.
Pour into a large bowl and add in the kohlrabi and green beans. Toss everything together.
Divide between 4 plates and top with crab meat and sprinkle over the remaining peanuts.
