Christmas & New Year Schedule

Above is the delivery schedule over Christmas and New Year. The main thing I want to point out is that you don't need to worry about your veg staying fresh at this time of year as Carrots, Potatoes, Parsnips Onions, Cabbages, etc will keep for well over 2 weeks. So order what you need. Supermarket farmers will be harvesting Christmas veg this week where as we will leave it until next week to pick for you.

The one trick I do want to give you for your sprouts is to cut an inch off the stalk and then put the sprouts in a vase. They will keep at least another week longer then usual if you do that.

You might want also want to double up on portions so just add another box to your order if you're cooking for 14 people!
